I was in the commercial kitchen this morning producing Groovin’ on Granola and spent some time reading the  ingredient labels on my bulk bags of raw materials. 

Don’t get me wrong I have always been well aware of what ingredients I use but I hadn’t taken the time to see EXACTLY where they came from.

I discovered that I use “Mountain High” Organic Golden Flax, Rolled Oats milled in Eugene, Oregon, Raw Green Pepitas (Pumpkin seeds) from Santa Cruz, California,  Gluten free Vanila Extract from Madagascar, Grapeseed Oil from Portugal, and Texas Wildflower honey. 

That’s when I realized Groovin’ on Granola’s  is Truly Groovin’ .
